Are you ready to experience freedom from the past?

Situated at the end of a country road, surrounded by trees, mountains, and a stream, you’ll find my office. I’ve found that this quiet space is an ideal place to begin the journey of healing from the past. In this setting, my clients usually find themselves feeling calmer than usual, and ready to begin the work.

I combine two powerful evidence-based therapies, Internal Family Systems and EMDR, to help my clients find true healing. I have been providing therapy in an Intensive format since 2021, after finding that providing EMDR in hour long sessions did not give adequate time to settle in and do this deep work. After being trained in using EMDR and IFS together in 2023, I began using these two modalities side by side in my Therapy Intensives, and am continually amazed at the deep healing that they offer my clients. Individuals who have been in therapy for decades with little change, are finding that they feel less burdened, “lighter”, and freer after our work together.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic technique that has shown great promise in helping individuals process and integrate traumatic memories. Through a combination of bilateral stimulation and targeted recall, EMDR can assist in alleviating the distressing symptoms that may arise from trauma. For more information on EMDR, click here

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative modality that helps people connect to their true Self and heal their wounded inner parts (such as the inner child). For more information on IFS, click here

At Wildberry Therapy, I will work with you to help you overcome your unique experiences and find deeper connection to your Self and others. For more information on the IFS/EMDR Intensives I offer, click here
